Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain project documents and files
- Collect and store project completion/handover documents
- Support meetings by preparing materials and arranging logistics
- Assist in preparing charts, documents, and presentations for the Project Manager
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences (emails, letters, etc.)
- Register and distribute project drawings/documents
- Update document records in shared folders
- Assist with documentation for ISO audits
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Responsible, organized, and eager to learn
- Able to work at Woodlands location
