Assist Company Offshore Brownfield leadership team to manage day to day Construction activities of Contractor for safe and successful execution of offshore brownfield scopes to meet and overall project objectives by ensuring quality, time of the work, effective and efficient delivery of Compression Project.
As part of Compression brownfield construction management team, led by the Head of Brownfield Construction, directly involved with the offshore execution by discharging Compression offshore BF construction scope responsibilities and duties safely, efficiently and effectively
Ensure there is quality, effectiveness and consistency in the BF construction processes, systems, procedures, and work products – while adhering to established Operations systems, processes and procedures (e.g., SIMOPS, Work Management System, PTW, etc.)
Ensure that there is sufficient and balanced resources and technical expertise available to support offshore brownfield construction / installation
Manage multiple internal and external interfaces across LNG and Contractors - require effective communication, initiative, flexibility, and collaboration
About this role
Provide offshore BF construction technical and execution expertise to support the constructability and installability methods and strategies
Provide support for the BF execution – including offshore accommodation and POB management, and marine operations (e.g., Jack-Up Barges, DP Accommodation Vessels, Supply Vessels) strategies
Coordinates and participates in readiness reviews and approvals to proceed for major offshore activities including site mobilization (e.g., JUB mobilization and set up), pre-shutdown, shutdown, and re-starts
Supports and communicates project priorities and strategies to all pre-fabrication yard teams for Brownfield and tie-in scopes
Ensure interfaces (engineering, other construction / fabrication sites, commissioning / startup, operations, etc.) are properly managed for Brownfield and tie-in scope
Actively review and follow up all construction engineering deliverables, workshop actions, Lessons Learnt implementation and coordinate with Company and Contractor to satisfactorily close out.
Actively engage with Operations, Marine and Logistics organizations to solicit input, provide feedback and seek alignment with BF construction execution plans as needed
Knowledge-expert on operations and marine practices and procedures related to BF construction (e.g., Work Management System (WMS), Permit-to-Work (PTW), SIMOPS, Marine Operations Manual, Shutdown Management System (SDMS))

Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Engineering
Required to have offshore survival certificate and be able to pass an offshore medical evaluation. OPITO certification is mandatory.
Ability to work on or be based on offshore platform or vessel.
8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Extensive experience with brownfield project execution both from Contractor and Client organizations.
Worldwide experience with contractors in particular those involved in the Offshore projects. It is an advantage if you have experience from Clients Completion philosophy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards.
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English, Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
