About this role

You'll be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving productivity to meet project deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities across subdivision and civil infrastructure projects

  • Coordinate and lead crews, subcontractors, and plant operators to ensure efficient workflow

  • Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance

  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve site issues

  • Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and progress updates

Is this you?

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience supervising civil works, ideally in subdivisions

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate crews

  • Solid understanding of earthworks, drainage, roads, and service installation

  • Ability to operate civil machinery when needed

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards

  • Must have Australian working rights

  • Current Drivers Licence
