Introduction

Join as a Certification Officer in Welshpool on a 12-month contract! You'll be responsible for managing equipment certifications, ensuring HSE and regulatory compliance, maintaining records, and coordinating with vendors. Ideal candidates will have certification management experience and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

About this role

  • Actively ensure that all HSE procedures are followed at location.
  • Adhere to the requirements of the Quality Management System.
  • Comprehensive certification for Facility inclusive of Cranes/ Davits, Racking, Electrical, Rigging, Ladders and accessories.
  • Ensure that for Equipment, Instrument, Hoses, Spools and Iron Certification in order to comply with the operational requirements of the Base, Client and regulatory specification.
  • Manage the Hoses, spool and Iron inventory.
  • Equipment certification and registration with WorkSafe Australia.
  • Ensures certifications are all consolidated prior to project mobilization.
  • Update and maintain certification in Company's database.
  • Ensure that maintenance record generated is updated in Company's database.
  • Co-ordinate with vendors to get equipment, spools and hoses certified/ inspected and recertified Activities as delegated by Supervisor.

Is this you?

  • Good knowledge of certification process
  • Experience in certification management: 3+ years
  • Ability to work well and communicate with others
  • Working knowledge of Oracle (preferred but not mandatory), MS Office Suite and Similar certification software.
  • Conversant with Equipment certification including but not limited lifting, pressure vessel and testing codes.
