Introduction

On behalf of our client, a Leading Global Energy Service Provider, Brunel is presently sourcing a skilled Administration Assistant located at their premises located in the Perth northern suburbs. This will be a casual contract with an immediate start.

About this role

  • Process and update Order Quotations using JD Edwards
  • Verify documentation for completeness and compliance
  • Some travel coordinating - flights, accommodation, itineraries as required
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve data or scheduling discrepancies
  • Generate reports and provide general administrative support
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards

Is this you?

  • Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
  • Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)
  • Exposure to travel coordination or booking systems (desirable)
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident using MS Office Suite
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Mining or industrial environments will be well received
