Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Professional Travel Coordinator. You will be responsible for the mobilisation and complex travel for Site and Commercial Operations. This will be a Perth CBD based casual contract, rotating roster Sun - Wed | Mon - Thurs, 9 hours worked per day.

About this role

  • Coordinate all travel logistics for employees and contractors including flights, accommodation and round transportation for site operations using DaWinci logistics software
  • Manage mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel to and from operational sites, ensuring smooth and timely transitions
  • Book and track site-specific travel itineraries and ensure compliance with relevant Company travel policies
  • Monitor travel costs and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented across all bookings
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all travel documentation and reports
  • Handle on-call after-hours duties as required, managing urgent travel changes or issues
  • Ensure smooth site mobilisation processes and provide support to travellers during trips

Is this you?

  • Previous experience as a Travel Coordinator in the Resources sector with specific expertise in site travel, mobilisation and commercial operations
  • Proficiency in DaWinci software is highly preferred and MS Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of travel logistics for remote locations
  • Ability to manage and coordinate after-hours and on-call travel arrangements
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work flexible hours with the working week beginning on Sunday and public holidays
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex and urgent travel arrangements under pressure
