We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-quality commercial builds across Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity with a respected builder known for delivering projects that shape the city's skyline.

About this role

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Key projects include:

  • Commercial developments and fitouts
  • Medium to large-scale office or retail builds
  • High-quality finishes and complex builds

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, trades, and scheduling
  • Enforce WHS compliance and promote a safety-first culture
  • Manage subcontractors, budgets, and program timelines
  • Ensure high-quality standards and attention to detail
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

Is this you?

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines
  • Hands-on problem solver thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Track record of delivering medium to large-scale commercial project
