Site Manager

Brunel is partnering with a respected Tier 2 commercial builder to appoint a Site Manager for the delivery of a $26 million industrial facility in Mount Cotton. This is a greenfield build requiring someone with proven experience in managing industrial construction projects from the ground up.
You'll take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, overseeing subcontractors, driving program delivery, and ensuring a high standard of safety and quality across the build. This project is backed by a well-structured delivery team and a builder known for delivering complex industrial work across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activity
Manage subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Maintain compliance with WHS, environmental, and QA standards
Monitor construction progress and address delays or challenges proactively
Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and suppliers
Minimum 4 years' experience as a Site Manager on industrial construction projects
Proven ability to lead complex, high-value builds ($15M+)
Strong knowledge of construction legislation, safety systems, and QA processes
Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder Licence is essential
Experience in food-grade, logistics, or process-based environments is highly desirabl
