Introduction

Brunel are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee delivery of a new major health refurb project in Brisbane's. This role is hands-on, leading daily site operations and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

About this role

  • Major health infrastructure refurbishment within a live operational facility

  • Multi-stage, technically complex build with long program duration

  • Strong pipeline of follow-on work for high performers

  • Well-resourced site with experienced project and commercial teams

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day site supervision and trade coordination

  • Managing subcontractors, sequencing, and short-term programming

  • Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met

  • Working within live environment constraints and strict compliance requirements

  • Driving programme outcomes while maintaining strong site culture

Is this you?

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman on large commercial projects

  • Strong refurbishment experience (health, education, or complex live environments highly regarded)

  • Excellent trade coordination and communication skills

  • Ability to work within structured Tier 1 or Tier 2 systems and processes

  • Committed to safety, quality, and delivery excellence
