With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors, our client is seeking a proven Site Manager to lead projects valued up to $100M.

About this role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of major commercial construction projects from commencement through to practical completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
  • Leading Foremen, Supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Driving project programme outcomes and construction milestones.
  • Managing site safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project productivity.
  • Overseeing site logistics and sequencing of works.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Is this you?

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects valued $40M+.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large site teams.
  • Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and programming.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and project outcomes.
  • Stable employment history with reputable commercial builders.
  • Ability to drive projects while maintaining strong team culture.
