Introduction

About this role

Coordinate design development, procurement, and subcontractor packages
Drive program management, project planning, and reporting
Support site delivery teams in ensuring compliance, safety, and quality
Liaise with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders
Identify and resolve construction and design issues in real-time
Maintain strong commercial oversight, cost tracking, and contract management
Contribute to a collaborative, outcome-focused project culture

Is this you?

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer role
Proven track record on mid to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects
Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
High attention to detail, particularly with high-end architectural finishes
Previous experience on projects $100M+ highly regarded
