About this role

As a Senior HRBP you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality HR and IR support across the organisation. Working collaboratively with the broader HR team and L&D funtion, you will help deliver a seamless, value-driven people service.

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, providing trusted, professional advice
  • Proactively partner with leaders to address people-related issues, offering tailored solutions and end-to-end case management for grievances, disciplinary matters, and complex investigations
  • Collaborate with managers and external stakeholders to deliver key HR strategies and cyclical activities, including performance reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning
  • Support the implementation of HR programs such as reward and recognition, employee development initiatives, and enterprise agreements
  • Provide advice on relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies, ensuring compliance, consistency, and fairness in decision-making

Is this you?

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior HR Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of Employment and Industrial Relations legislation, with experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Highly developed coaching, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with proven experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex matters
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and influencing capability
  • Experience implementing HR/IR strategies, programs, and policies, and delivering presentations or training to managers and employees
