Introduction

We are partnering with a leading Integrated Energy business to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager based in their Perth CBD office. This is a pivotal, customer-facing leadership role focused on executing strategy, managing high-value partnerships and enabling long-term commercial growth across Western Australia.

About this role

Reporting to the General Manager Gas Commercial, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering commercial initiatives that support the Organisation's broader national growth objectives.

Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives and WA market dynamics
Drive commercial arrangements across WA in line with national strategy
Identify, assess and pursue new growth opportunities across the portfolio
Lead complex negotiations, balancing value creation with risk mitigation
Serve as a senior relationship manager for WA's strategic customers to ensure retention and satisfaction
Shape pricing and service offerings that meet evolving customer needs
Provide strategic commercial input into business development projects and acquisition opportunities
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations and Strategy teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial deals

Is this you?

Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure or Resources sectors
Strong background in commercial development, complex contract negotiation and stakeholder management
Commercially astute with a deep understanding of risk, value and market drivers
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate commercial insight into actionable outcomes
Highly developed interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
Adaptable, collaborative and confident navigating a cross-functional and fast-moving environment
