About this role
You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a $15M project, working closely with site teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across safety, quality, time, and cost.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project programs, budgets, and reporting
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Driving safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and project partners
- Leading and supporting site-based delivery teams
Is this you?
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience delivering commerial construction projects in the $10M-$15M range
- Experience on multi-residential, or similar projects
- Strong commercial and contractual management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to manage projects autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
