Introduction

The Hatchery Supervisor oversees production, quality assurance, and WHS to ensure efficient daily operations. Working with the Hatchery Manager, the Supervisor ensures tasks are completed using available resources while meeting production and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Perform monitoring and recording of the hatchery process
Monitor consumable stock levels and advise manager when low
Identify maintenance requirements
Prepare vaccine for processes
Supervise cold room tasks
Supervise chicken take off and counting

Experience in hatchery supervision (desirable)
Experience with poultry (mandatory)
Mechanically minded
Experience in supervising staff
