About this role
- Oversee daily site operations across civil subdivision projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Manage and coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and machinery to maintain efficient workflow
- Monitor safety compliance and implement best practices in line with OHS regulations
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and liaise with project managers to deliver successful outcomes
Is this you?
- Proven experience in a Foreman role within civil construction environments
- Solid understanding of bulk earthworks, pipe installation, roadworks, and concreting practices
- Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication and organisational skills
- Possession of a valid Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
- Current driver's licence essential
- Additional plant and machinery tickets will be viewed favourably
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety protocols
