About this role

  • Oversee daily site operations across civil subdivision projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Manage and coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and machinery to maintain efficient workflow
  • Monitor safety compliance and implement best practices in line with OHS regulations
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and liaise with project managers to deliver successful outcomes

Is this you?

  • Proven experience in a Foreman role within civil construction environments
  • Solid understanding of bulk earthworks, pipe installation, roadworks, and concreting practices
  • Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards
  • Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication and organisational skills
  • Possession of a valid Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
  • Current driver's licence essential
  • Additional plant and machinery tickets will be viewed favourably
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety protocols
