Introduction

We are looking for a skilled Fabric Maintenance Coordinator for a 12‑month contract. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing fabric maintenance activities, from inspections through to repairs, while working closely with external vendors. You will help ensure our fabric assets remain compliant, safe, and efficiently maintained.

About this role

  • Develop and manage a preventive and corrective maintenance program for fabric assets
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and work with external contractors
  • Conduct inspections to assess wear, damage, or compliance issues
  • Manage maintenance documentation, including logs, inspection reports, and compliance records
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for replacement parts and repair services
  • Provide regular updates on maintenance status and priorities
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company policies

Is this you?

  • Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a similar role (preferably in facilities, manufacturing, or fabric environments)
  • Strong organisational and project‑management skills
  • Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret technical maintenance documentation
  • Understanding of safety compliance and regulatory requirements
