About this role
Reporting to the Project Manager - you will work across projects including commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, and new-builds.
Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts, variations, purchase orders, and procurement.
- Oversee progress claims, invoices, budgets, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
- Monitor project risks and ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and legislation.
- Support tenders, pre-construction processes, and maintain high-quality documentation.
Is this you?
To be successful for this position you MUST have:
- 3+ years of Contract Administration experience
- Previous project experience across either; commercial, education, hospitality and retail
- Experience working on newbuild, fitout and refurb projects
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Local industry knowledge and experience are essential
