We are recruiting a Human Resources Coordinator for one of our O&G clients to work in the central region of Rio de Janeiro.

What are you going to do

Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Support performance management processes and assist with employee development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports for senior management, tracking key metrics.
Collaborate with management to create a positive work environment and employee engagement strategies.
