As a seasoned Project Manager, you'll drive complex innovation projects that improve the safety, quality, and performance of medical technologies. From strategy to execution, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver results that make a real impact on patient care.
What are you going to do
In this role, you'll lead complex multidisciplinary innovation projects that directly improve the quality, safety, and performance of medical devices and applications.
- Lead the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary innovation projects across various business units and functions.
- Drive cross-functional teams-spanning software, hardware, supply chain, and regulatory-to ensure timely and compliant project execution.
- Manage the full lifecycle of healthcare technology projects, including post-launch modifications, quality improvements, and industrialization.
- Ensure all project activities meet healthcare quality and regulatory standards, including CE and QMS requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management).
- At least 8 years of project management experience in international or corporate environments.
- Proven record of delivering complex multidisciplinary projects successfully.
- Experience with quality improvement activities (e.g. CAPAs).
- Solid understanding of medical device regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
- PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
