Introduction

As a Clinical Development Scientist, you play a key role in ensuring product safety and supporting evidence-based decisions throughout the product lifecycle. You analyse clinical data, assess safety signals, and contribute to safer mother & child care and beauty products used worldwide. You work in an international environment where clinical expertise drives innovation.

What are you going to do

  • Collect, review, and analyse clinical data related to medical products to support safety and performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to complaint handling, harm review, and safety assessments, including writing medical reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong clinical evidence and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain clinical documentation such as Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs), Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), and Post-Market Clinical Follow-up (PMCF) reports.

Essential skills and knowledge 

You are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex clinical data into clear conclusions. You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams. In addition, you have:

  • A minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Science, Nursing, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with vigilance reporting, harm review, or product safety evaluations.
  • Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, ISO 14155, FDA regulations, and EU medical device regulations.
  • Experience with clinical data analysis, medical writing, and research methodologies.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
