Introduction

Do you want to help shape the future of automotive displays? As an Assistant Project Manager, you play a key role in keeping international projects on track: from coordinating sample deliveries to supporting team meetings and managing project milestones. You'll be the driving force behind smooth project execution in a high-tech, global environment.

What are you going to do 

In this dynamic support role, you ensure that complex automotive display projects run smoothly from start to finish. You work closely with project managers and international teams, handling the operational and administrative backbone of each project phase. Your structured approach and eye for detail help keep everything on schedule.

What will you do?

  • Update and maintain data management systems like Bill of Materials and Project Lifecycle Management.
  • Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and delivery of sample materials from Asia.
  • Support project meetings by preparing minutes, tracking open items, and maintaining documentation.
  • Organize and monitor global shipments and incoming goods, ensuring timely deliveries to our sites.

Essential skills and knowledge 

You're organized, proactive, and enjoy working in an international and fast-moving environment. You communicate clearly, keep a cool head when juggling multiple tasks, and know how to bring structure to complex projects. You're a real team player who's not afraid to take initiative and eager to learn.

In addition, you have:

  • A minimum of an MBO diploma or a Bachelor diploma, preferably in project management or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar support or coordination role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; knowledge of PLM systems is a plus.
  • A good command of English, both spoken and written; German, French, or Mandarin is a bonus.
  • A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to grow within the role.
