On- & Offshore Turbine Production & O&M Overview
This particular factory, inaugurated by our client in 2018, supplies large offshore projects in the North Sea, together with the rotor blade plant in Hull, UK and the Esbjerg site in Denmark. The Cuxhaven plant is the largest production facility of its kind in Germany.
In the one-stop production facility, the assembly of generators and hubs as well as the backend section for the offshore wind turbine nacelles takes place – each one a 400 ton colossus.
Work Scope
Production of a catalogue of onshore & offshore turbines and related (O&M) services for each project and its varying site conditions.

Brunel supports Siemens Gamesa at the Cuxhaven plant. The focus of activity is production assembly and master craftsmen (mechanical / electrical) where we provide high-level specialists (25-30) in the following fields:■Supply management (purchasing, logistics and purchasing management)
■ Quality management
■ Environmental protection, health protection and occupational safety
■ Finance and controlling
■ Electronics technician for industrial engineering and automation engineering.
