What are you going to do 

  • Betreuung und Wartung der Windows-Serverumgebung sowohl lokal als auch in der Cloud
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Einrichtung von Windows-Servern und relevanten Infrastrukturkomponenten
  • Verwaltung von Active Directory, Entra ID (vormals Azure AD), Gruppenrichtlinien und PKI-Infrastruktur
  • Administration von Microsoft-Diensten wie DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS sowie Sicherheitslösungen am Endgerät
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Endpoint-Management-Lösung mit Microsoft Intune
  • Verwaltung und Administration von MS365-Diensten einschließlich Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams und Lizenzierung
  • Patch-, Lizenz- und Softwaremanagement verantworten
  • Monitoring und Analyse der Systemlandschaft durchführen
  • Betrieb und Pflege der Endpoint-Security (Bitdefender)
  • Sicherstellung von Security- und Compliance-Richtlinien im IT-Betrieb
  • Automatisierung von Abläufen mit PowerShell-Skripten
  • Verwaltung von Datenbanken in einer Windows-Umgebung
  • Unterstützung bei der Softwareverteilung und Hardwarebetreuung von Servern
  • Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen
  • Bearbeitung von 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support-Anfragen im Windows- und Cloud-Umfeld

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich - plus Erfahrung mit Windows-Servern (2016+), AD & Azure/Entra ID
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS365, Intune und PowerShell
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security, Endpoint Protection und Virtualisierung
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, eigenständig - und haben Spaß an neuen Technologien
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisses sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
