Introduction

What are you going to do 

Als uitvoerder speel je een sleutelrol in de realisatie van complexe utiliteitsbouwprojecten. Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt voor een veilige en gestroomlijnde uitvoering.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleven van veiligheidsnormen
  • Plannen en coördineren van werkzaamheden binnen het team
  • Bewaken en bijsturen van de projectplanning
  • Controleren op kwaliteit en naleving van gestelde eisen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in bouwkunde
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder in de utiliteitsbouw
  • Een geldig VCA VOL-certificaat
  • Affiniteit met installatietechniek
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands

  • Een salaris tussen € 3.900 en € 6.080 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring
