What are you going to do

Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentationen wie Handbücher, Betriebsanleitungen, Wartungsanweisungen und Schulungsunterlagen
Abstimmung mit Entwicklungs-, Qualitäts- und Serviceabteilungen zur Informationsgewinnung und Klärung technischer Inhalte
Strukturierung und Visualisierung komplexer technischer Sachverhalte für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, Normen und Richtlinien (z. B. Maschinenrichtlinie, ISO, DIN)
Koordination und Durchführung von Übersetzungen technischer Dokumente
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Redaktionssystemen und Dokumentationsprozessen
Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Informationsarchitekturen und Content-Strategien

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Technischen Redakteur (z. B. nach tekom-Standard)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation, idealerweise im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
Sicherer Umgang mit Redaktionssystemen (z. B. Schema ST4, TIM-RS) und Grafikprogrammen (z. B. Adobe Illustrator, Snagit)
Kenntnisse in Normen und Richtlinien der technischen Dokumentation
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur verständlichen Darstellung technischer Inhalte
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Qualitätsorientierung
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein gutes technisches Verständnis
