What are you going to do

Eigenständige Projektplanung und -abwicklung von Photovoltaik-Anlagen inklusive technischer Bewertung vor Ort
Materialermittlung und Kostenkalkulation zur effizienten Vorbereitung und Umsetzung der Projekte
Integration und Konfiguration von PV-Komponenten und Softwarelösungen, inklusive technischer Prüfungen und Netzanalysen
Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Entwicklung und Bewertung von Schaltplänen nach geltenden Normen
Kommunikation mit Netzbetreibern, Einweisung von Kunden in die Anlagenbedienung und Koordination der Monteure
Fehlersuche und Optimierung bestehender Anlagen zur Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Studium der Elektrotechnik, Meister oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker mit Elektrikerausbildung)
Fundierte Kenntnisse einschlägiger VDE-Normen (insbesondere VDE 4100, 4105, 4110) sowie Erfahrung im Lesen und Zeichnen von Single-Line-Diagrammen
Berufserfahrung in der Elektroinstallation und Projektleitung, idealerweise im Bereich Photovoltaik oder erneuerbare Energien
IT-Kenntnisse zur Integration von PV-Komponenten und sicherer Umgang mit Softwarekonfigurationen
Kommunikations- und Teamführungsfähigkeiten, inklusive Einsatzplanung von Monteuren und Durchführung interner Schulungen
