What are you going to do

Als technisch specialist Pompen & Afsluiters ben je het technische aanspreekpunt binnen de onderhoudsorganisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de installaties optimaal blijven draaien, vandaag én in de toekomst. Je combineert jouw expertise met innovatie, analyse en samenwerking.

Jouw uitdaging

Je ondersteunt operationele teams met jouw technische knowhow.
Je zorgt dat procedures, tools en instructies up-to-date én efficiënt zijn.
Je analyseert technische afwijkingen en beoordeelt de lange termijn impact.
Je optimaliseert onderhoudsplannen en strategiedocumenten.
Je introduceert nieuwe onderhoudstechnieken en verbetert waar het beter kan.
Je coördineert verbeterprojecten en waakt over de kwaliteit van uitvoering.
Je volgt ENG-projecten op en faciliteert de overdracht naar Maintenance.
Je monitort performantie via component health reports.
Je blijft actief investeren in je eigen expertise.

Essential skills and knowledge

Je hebt een technisch diploma
Je beschikt over een sterke mechanische achtergrond.
Je hebt ervaring in mechanisch onderhoud.
Je kan helder analyseren en technisch rapporteren.
Je bent communicatief, leergierig en werkt makkelijk samen
