What are you going to do

De focus ligt op technieken zoals laagspanning, HVAC, roltrappen, liften, elektrische signalisatie, schuifdeuren en algemene bouwtechnische opvolging. Je werkt nauw samen met een vaste partner-aannemer en coördineert de werken van A tot Z.

Takenpakket* Voorbereiden en opvolgen van kleine onderhoudsprojecten en investeringswerken
* Controle van elektrische installaties en technische schema's* Coördinatie van uit dienst stellingen in overleg met interne diensten
* Aansturen van aannemers tijdens de uitvoering* Nazicht van signalisatie, schema's en as-built dossiers
* Planning, kwaliteitscontrole en veiligheidsbewaking* Voorlopige oplevering en testing van installaties
* Communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders* Administratieve opvolging van de werken
* Toewijzing en aansturing van onderaannemers * Voor kleinere projecten wordt in functie van de scope van het project een bestek opgemaakt

Essential skills and knowledge 

* Bachelor of Master in Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of aanverwant* Ervaring binnen technische (onderhouds)projecten, bij voorkeur binnen een overheidscontext
* Sterke kennis van laagspanning en HVAC* Zeer communicatief, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht
* Bereid om occasioneel 's nachts of in het weekend te werken (10-15%, vooraf ingepland)* Bekend met veiligheid op werf en bereid een veiligheidsopleiding te volgen
* Vertrouwd met administratieve opvolging en vorderingsstaten is een plus* Taal: Vlot Nederlands, noties Frans en Engels
