Introduction

What are you going to do

* Je plant, organiseert en coördineert renovatieprojecten van A tot Z. * Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning, budgetten en veiligheid op de werf.
* Je stuurt eigen arbeiders en onderaannemers aan. * Je organiseert en leidt werfvergaderingen.
* Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met opdrachtgevers, architecten en studiebureaus. * Je onderhandelt met leveranciers en partners.
* Je volgt de projectadministratie nauwgezet op, waaronder vorderingsstaten, rapportering en nacalculatie.
* Je signaleert risico's tijdig en denkt oplossingsgericht mee om projecten succesvol af te ronden. Geen twee projecten zijn hetzelfde. De variatie aan renovatiewerken zorgt voor een technisch uitdagende
functie waarin initiatief en ondernemerschap centraal staan.

Essential skills and knowledge 

* Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting. * Ervaring in werf- en/of projectleiding is een troef, maar geen vereiste. Ook gemotiveerde starters of
kandidaten die willen doorgroeien, komen in aanmerking. * Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en een pragmatische ingesteldheid. Je denkt oplossingsgericht
en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid. * Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's, klanten en bouwpartners.
* Ervaring met VME's, industriële klanten of openbare aanbestedingen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
