What are you going to do

Betreuung des 1st Level Helpdesk
Zurücksetzen von Passwörtern und Verwaltung von Benutzerzugängen sowie Berechtigungen
Pflege und Kommentierung von JIRA Tickets sowie Nachverfolgung offener Fälle bis zur Lösung
Troubleshooting bei Software- und Hardwareproblemen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit 2nd/3rd Level Teams
Aufbau und Einrichtung von PCs/Hardware sowie kompletten Workspace Setup

Essential skills and knowledge

Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbar
Erste Erfahrung im 1st Level Support
Sicherer Umgang mit Windows Clients, gerne Kenntnisse in macOS/Linux, AD und Office 365
Erfahrung mit Ticketing Tools wie JIRA Service Management
Grundverständnis fü Netzwerke, VPNs und gängige Peripherie Hardware
