What are you going to do

Accountable for the design, analysis, and integrity of all structural components for the deepwater project, including topsides, subsea structures, and foundations. The role ensures that all structural systems meet technical specifications, safety standards, project requirements, and regulatory compliance, while supporting construction, fabrication, and offshore installation activities.

Job Description:

1. Structural Design & Analysis

  • Design and analyse structural elements for FPSO topsides, subsea structures, and foundations.
  • Ensure structural designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications (e.g., API, ASME, DNV).

2. Structural Integrity & Safety

  • Conduct structural integrity assessments, including load analysis, fatigue evaluation, stability checks, and environmental impact studies for deepwater conditions.
  • Ensure all designs account for operational safety, stability, and performance under environmental and operational loads.

3. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, marine, subsea) to ensure structural designs align with overall project requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and installation teams to ensure proper fabrication and installation of structural components.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures throughout design, fabrication, and installation phases.
