Brunel Papua New Guinea is seeking a motivated Specialist - Development Charge Up Operator to join our team for a FIFO role in PNG. What are you going to do

As a Specialist - Development Charge Up Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the charging operations for development projects in PNG. Your role will involve coordinating and executing charge-up activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing technical expertise to support project success. You will work closely with the project team to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.

Essential skills and knowledge

List of requirements

Proven experience in charge up operations within the development underground mining sector
Extensive experience operating Normet Charmec Machines, utilising Emulsion, ANFO and IKON detonators.
Strong technical knowledge of charging equipment and procedures
Excellent understanding of safety regulations and practices
Ability to work in a FIFO environment in PNG
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Relevant certifications and experience in UG charge-up operations
