What are you going to do

  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung stabiler Software-Releases
  • Kontinuierliche Modernisierung und Automatisierung der Release-Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung von Transparenz, Qualität und nachvollziehbarer Kommunikation entlang des gesamten Release-Zyklus
  • Koordination von Software-Releases über verschiedene Umgebungen hinweg im Produkt-Team
  • Verantwortung für Release-Pläne sowie Moderation von Go-/No-Go-Entscheidungen in der agilen Softwareentwicklung
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung skalierbarer, CI/CD-orientierter Release-Prozesse
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Build-, Test- und Deployment-Abläufen
  • Erstellung zielgruppengerechter Release Notes und weiterer Release-Dokumentation, unterstützt durch GenAI
  • Steuerung der internen und externen Release-Kommunikation passend zur jeweiligen Zielgruppe

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Release Management, vorzugsweise in komplexen Software- oder IT-Umgebungen
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis unterschiedlicher Softwareentwicklungsprozesse, darunter agile, klassische und hybride Vorgehensmodelle
  • Fundierte Praxiserfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines sowie Automatisierungstools wie Jenkins oder GitLab CI
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung zielgruppengerechter Release Notes und technischer Dokumentation
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der Moderation relevanter Abstimmungs- und Entscheidungsprozesse
  • Expertenkenntnisse im Rollout von Produkten in modernen und komplexen Systemlandschaften
  • Fortgeschrittene technische Softwarekenntnisse
  • Fortgeschrittene Erfahrung im gleichzeitigen Handling mehrerer Produkte
