Introduction

Für ein anspruchsvolles Entwicklungsprojekt in der Halbleiterindustrie suchen wir einen Product Owner Embedded Software (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die fachliche Steuerung eines erfahrenen Entwicklungsteams und treiben die Softwareentwicklung für komplexe mechatronische Systeme von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Produkteinführung voran.

What are you going to do

  • Fachliche Koordination eines Teams erfahrener Embedded-Software-Entwickler über den gesamten Produktentstehungsprozess hinweg
  • Aufnahme, Abstimmung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Schnittstellenpartnern
  • Pflege und Management des Product Backlogs sowie Übersetzung von Anforderungen in umsetzbare Entwicklungspakete
  • Planung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsaktivitäten innerhalb eines agilen Umfelds
  • Abstimmung von Zeitplänen, Meilensteinen und Produktreleases mit relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Verantwortung für die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung der Embedded-Software innerhalb eines komplexen mechatronischen Gesamtsystems
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Scrum-Teams sowie Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Behebung produktions- und kundenrelevanter Softwareprobleme
  • Koordination externer Entwicklungspartner und Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Master in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik, Physik, Informatik, Computer Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Embedded-Software-Systeme
  • Erfahrung als Product Owner; eine entsprechende Zertifizierung (z.B. PSPO) ist von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Entwicklungsdienstleister
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
