What are you going to do

Incident-, Problem- und Changemanagement sowie Nachverfolgen von Softwarebugs bei den Herstellern
Beheben von Störungen und Durchführen von Service Requests
Konfiguration, Installation und Wartung von ArcGIS Enterprise-Komponenten
Unterstützung bei der Planung und Implementierung von Software Upgrades
Durchführung von Performance-Analysen und Optimierung
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams und Stakeholdern zur Lösung von technischen Herausforderungen
Aktualisierung der Betriebs- und Servicedokumentation
Teilnahme an Regelterminen des Betriebs-Teams

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Witschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Medieninformatik oder vergleichbar notwendig
Kenntnisse im Incident-, Problem- und Changemanagement (z.B. nach ITIL) wünschenswert
Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration, Installation und Wartung von ArcGIS Enterprise-Komponenten notwendig
Erfahrung mit der Durchführung von Software-Upgrades und Systemintegration erforderlich
Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows-Server, Datenbanken (z.B. PostgreSQL, SQL Server) und idealerweise in Skripting/Automatisierung (z.B. PowerShell, Python) notwendig
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
