Introduction

As Site HSE Advisor you will report to the Field HSE manager. You will provide support to ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the safety management system throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC Projects) of a decommissioning and carbon capture project.

What are you going to do

Responsibilities

* Driving HSE awareness through workforce engagement and training

* Conducting inspections, monitoring subcontractors, and ensuring equipment compliance

* Managing risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, and safe work practices

* Overseeing Permit to Work systems and hazardous material controls

* Reporting HSE performance, tracking KPIs, and supporting investigations

* Promoting environmental compliance and sustainability on site

Requirements

* Qualification in HSE or engineering related field (i.e., NEBOSH diploma)

* Several years of experience in the Oil&Gas industry and onshore projects with activities in construction design regulation management and survey/investigation.

Essential skills and knowledge 

* Be proactive, a self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision.

* Systematic thinker and good organisational skills/time management.

* Personal and professional integrity.
