Introduction

Als werfleider bij Brunel krijg je de kans om een sleutelrol te spelen binnen één van de grootste bouwprojecten in België in Antwerpen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie steeds voorop staan.

What are you going to do

In deze rol sta je in voor:

Toezicht op de uitvoering van werkzaamheden, inclusief die van onderaannemers.
Waarborgen van veiligheids- en milieuprocedures en opvolgen van risicobeperkende maatregelen.
Zorgen dat het werk conform uitvoeringsplannen en keuringseisen wordt uitgevoerd.
Aansturen van werfteams en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf en richting stakeholders.
Opstellen en opvolgen van planningen, startbijeenkomsten en rapportage richting projectleider.

Essential skills and knowledge

Hard skills

Bachelor Bouwkunde, met minstens 10 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector (civiel is een plus).
Technisch en praktisch inzicht, met sterke administratieve nauwkeurigheid.
Ervaring met kostcontrole en werfopvolging.
Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
In het bezit van VOL-VCA.

Soft skills

Leiderschap en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
Oplossingsgericht en besluitvaardig.
Organisatorisch sterk en kwaliteitsgericht.

Contract onbepaalde duur of een freelance contract.

Bij een contract van onbepaalde duur is er voorzien:
