What are you going to do

Erstellung und Pflege komplexer Terminpläne für große Infrastrukturprojekte (MS Project / Primavera P6).
Strukturierung, Modellierung und Weiterentwicklung der WBS sowie terminliche Integration mit Meilensteinen und Fortschrittswerten.
Identifikation kritischer Pfade, Durchführung von Szenarioanalysen und Entwicklung terminlicher Mitigationsstrategien.
Durchführung regelmäßiger Terminplan-Reviews und Erstellung von Qualitätssicherungsberichten.
Fachliche Beratung der Projektleitung hinsichtlich Terminrisiken, Abhängigkeiten und Zeitstrategien.
Abstimmung mit Genehmigungs-, Bau-, Einkaufs-, Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement zur Sicherstellung konsistenter Terminplanung.

Essential skills and knowledge

Technisches Studium (Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. ä.).
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Terminplanung/Scheduling großer Infrastruktur-, Bau- oder Energieprojekte.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS Project und Primavera P6.
Erfahrung in kritischem Pfadmanagement, Fortschrittsmessung und Trendanalysen.
Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis, Genauigkeit, Zahlenaffinität und vorausschauendes Denken.
Fähigkeit, komplexe Terminabhängigkeiten verständlich für Stakeholder aufzubereiten.
Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands, sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (B2).
