What are you going to do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met.
- Oversee project planning, programming, budgeting, and reporting to maintain strong commercial control.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, performance, and site coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
- Mentor and support project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing project environment.
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, across multiple sectors.
- Experience working on multiple commercial projects around $100 million
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Results-driven, with a focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management, with professional registration preferred.
