Introduction

We are recruiting a Senior Product Manager - GenAI to join one of our leading multinational clients and their expanding team. This position is based in Bangalore.

What are you going to do

Product Ownership and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and research, to develop and execute product roadmaps that align with strategic objectives.
Roadmap input: Provide input, alongside the Portfolio manager, to build the product roadmaps
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, IT, and designers to ensure the development of robust AI solutions, maintaining technical rigor and introducing new methods for verifying success and identifying risks.
User Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences by understanding and addressing user needs in AI applications.
Cross-Business Coordination: Support the coordination of GenAI applications to drive improvements and innovations .
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions. Define and monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure the success and impact of AI initiatives.
Post-Launch Support: Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance value delivery.
3rd party solutions: Oversee the interjection of GenAI products coming from 3rd party software suppliers and determine best technology fit.

Essential skills and knowledge

PhD or Masters from reputed Tier 1 Institutes is a must
10 -15 years of Industry experience
Good set of publications/patents
Outstation candidates should be willing to relocate to Bangalore
Business Acumen: Ability to integrate business strategy with technical initiatives.
Leadership: Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and occasionally C-Suite executives.
Experience building and deploying AI applications.
Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical skills to identify and solve risks and challenges.
