What are you going to do

Planung, Aufbau und Dokumentation neuer IT-Infrastruktursysteme
Wartung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Systeme entsprechend aktueller Anforderungen
Unterstützung von Infrastrukturprojekten sowie Betreuung und Pflege bestehender Virtualisierungsumgebungen
Übernahme des 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports, inklusive Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern und Herstellern
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Labor- und Entwicklungsteams zur Sicherstellung einer stabilen IT-Basis
Durchführung regelmäßiger Systemanalysen zur Performanceoptimierung und Risikominimierung

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informationstechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, idealerweise im Umfeld von Labor- oder Forschungseinrichtungen
Erste Kenntnisse in der Installation und Administration von Microsoft-Server-Systemen sowie Grundkenntnisse im Scripting von Vorteil
Fundierte Erfahrung mit relevanten IT-Tools und Systemen
Gute Netzwerkkenntnisse (IP, Routing, VPN, Firewalls)
