Scheduler

The Scheduler plays a key role in organizing workflows, assigning tasks, and coordinating activities to meet project deadlines or operational goals. This position requires strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Develop, maintain, and update schedules for projects, employees, or services.
Coordinate with team members, managers, and stakeholders to determine scheduling needs and priorities.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines or respond to delays.
Use scheduling software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Excel) to create detailed timelines.
Ensure efficient allocation of resources (people, equipment, materials).
Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant parties.
Prepare and distribute reports on scheduling status and performance metrics.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts and work proactively to resolve them.
Maintain accurate records of schedule changes, delays, and progress.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Industry-specific certifications (e.g., PMP, Primavera P6, or Six Sigma).

Proven experience in scheduling or project coordination (industry-specific experience may be required).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
