What are you going to do

Sie wirken bei Systemkonsolidierungen sowie bei Migrationen auf SAP S/4HANA mit.
Im Bereich SAP-HR Zeitwirtschaft übernehmen Sie sowohl Projekt- als auch Supportaufgaben.
Dabei konfigurieren und passen Sie Schemen und Regeln in PT sowie in ESS/MSS an.
Zudem analysieren Sie bestehende HR-Prozesse und leiten Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten ab.
Abschließend erstellen Sie die erforderliche Dokumentation, bearbeiten Störungen und unterstützen die internen HR-Bereiche.

Essential skills and knowledge

Studium in Mathematik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP-HR Zeitwirtschaft (Schemen und Regeln)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Eigenmotivation, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
