What are you going to do

Operative Beschaffung von Komponenten und Baugruppen für elektrische Anlagen
Abwicklung des gesamten Bestellprozesses von der Bedarfsmeldung bis zur termingerechten Lieferung
Einholung, Prüfung und Vergleich von Angeboten
Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie Abstimmung zu Preisen, Lieferterminen und Konditionen
Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Klärung von Abweichungen in Qualität und Menge
Pflege von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten im ERP-System
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik, Qualitätssicherung und Logistik
Prüfung von Lieferantenrechnungen und Klärung von Abweichungen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Einkauf
Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, vorzugsweise im technischen oder industriellen Umfeld
Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Komponenten (z. B. Metallteile, Ventile, Sensorik, Elektronik o. Ä.) von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit Lieferanten
Reisebereitschaft zum weiteren Kundenstandort und zu Lieferanten
Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
