In dieser Position verantwortest du die globale Entwicklung regulatorischer Strategien für neue oder geänderte Geschäftsinitiativen in einem forschungsnahen High-Tech-Unternehmen.

What are you going to do

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung globaler regulatorischer Strategien unter Berücksichtigung internationaler Regularien (z. B. FDA, MDR, IVDR, NMPA, PMDA)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um regulatorische Anforderungen in allen Zielmärkten sicherzustellen
  • Identifikation regulatorischer Chancen und Risiken sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen für optimale Marktfreigaben und Produktlebenszyklen
  • Bewertung und Interpretation regulatorischer Anforderungen, um innovative Lösungen zu unterstützen und Wettbewerbsvorteile zu schaffen
  • Beratung interner Teams (R&D, Clinical, Quality, Marketing, SSC, Regulatory Operations) zur Unterstützung regulatorischer Entscheidungsprozesse
  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Behörden und Benannten Stellen (z. B. FDA, EMA, BfArM)
  • Monitoring regulatorischer Trends und Ableitung von Anpassungsstrategien; aktive Mitwirkung in relevanten Gremien
  • Unterstützung von Due‑Diligence‑Prozessen sowie regulatorischer Bewertungen im Rahmen von M&A‑Projekten
  • Organisation und Durchführung interner Schulungen zu regulatorischen Anforderungen und effizienten Prozessen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor‑ oder Masterstudium im Bereich Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Medizintechnik, Informationstechnologie, Recht oder einem verwandten Feld
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Affairs innerhalb der Life-Sciences‑ oder Medizintechnikbranche
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis internationaler regulatorischer Anforderungen (u. a. FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, MDSAP)
  • Englischkenntnisse C1; Deutsch von Vorteil
