Introduction

What are you going to do

Responsibilities:

  • Track and measure the completion of the site-based execution and construction of Contractors works related to electrical and instrumentation.
  • Develop detailed reports, excel spreadsheets for the Electrical and Instrumentation work.
  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, daily/weekly overall progress reports for management

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical or related engineering domain.
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrable site-based Quantity surveying experience in Electrical and Instrumentation in a mega/large scale onshore construction pipeline projects.
  • Sound understanding of industrial construction project execute management processes, and the monitoring and reporting of same, from a client standpoint.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
