What are you going to do

  • Bearbeitung und Begleitung von EMPB-/PPF-Prozessen
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Nachverfolgung von Bemusterungsunterlagen nach VDA Band 2
  • Bewertung von Produkt- und Prozessfreigaben
  • Prüfung technischer Zeichnungen und Ableitung relevanter Prüfmerkmale
  • Bewertung und Dokumentation von Messergebnissen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Prüf- und Messaufgaben
  • Erstellung einfacher Messprogramme auf Multisensor-Messsystemen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsvorausplanung, Qualitätssicherung oder Bemusterung als Qualiätsvorausplaner, Qualitätstechniker, Prüfplaner, Messtechniker oder Techniker/Meister in verwandten Gebieten mit Erfahrung im Qualitätswesen
  • Kenntnisse im EMPB-/PPF-Prozess nach VDA Band 2
  • sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • gutes Verständnis von Maß- und Toleranzangaben
  • sicheres Erkennen und Interpretieren von Form-, Richtungs- und Lagetoleranzen
  • Verständnis von Bezugssystemen und Messausrichtungen
  • Fähigkeit, aus Zeichnungen Prüf- und Messmerkmale abzuleiten
  • selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Keyence
