Introduction
- Responsible for the execution of Completions activities to ensure Contractor delivers all aspects of the Completions Management System and execution of systems completions including Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities.
- Ensure the completions database development is set up with systemization, punch-list raising and clearing, walkdown coordination, allocation and closure of check sheets (A, B and C). Coordinate with other stakeholder disciplines to develop the completions database and Handover Dossiers.
- Provide clear guidance to the Contractor and facilitate resolution of completions issues to meet Project objectives and milestones.
- This position is responsible to ensure all Completions and Handover activities associated with Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning by the Contractor, including third parties such as vendors, consultants, sub-contractors etc. are executed to Project’s specifications and LNG requirements.
- Major challenges for this role include (1) effectively coordinating the Contractor to produce timely Completions and Handover deliverables up to RFSU and Handover to Company; (2) maintaining constructive working relationship with the Contractor to ensure delivery and execution of the Completions and Handover work scope in accordance with Project requirements; (3) maintaining relationships with stakeholders (e.g. Operations, quality, engineering, construction) to ensure alignment of systems completions execution; (4) delivering a complex Brownfield scope of work connected to very large existing and new facilities, in particular multi-disciplinary Tie-ins in existing facilities; and (5) delivery and handover of complex Offsites, Common Storage and Transport Facilities.
What are you going to do
- Responsible for overseeing Completions activities to ensure Contractor delivers all aspects of the Completions Management System and the execution of systems completions including Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities.
- Ensure Completions database is set up with systemization, punch-list clearing and check sheets, and coordinates with other stakeholder disciplines to develop the completions database.
- Provide clear guidance to the PMT and the Contractor and facilitates resolution of completions issues to meet Project objectives and milestones.
- Monitor and audit Contractor punch list entry to SCDB and punch list closeout process.
- Follow the overall punch list system and identify priority in line with System/Subsystem completion.
- Issue ITR and punch list progress reports by discipline and system, highlighting priority items.
- Accountable for sharing knowledge of previous lessons learned, capturing and communicating current lessons learned to support review teams and future projects.
- Support Head of Handover and Completion in any system completion related activity.
- Accountable for ensuring System Completion activities compliance of HSE Standard practice and procedure.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering
- Eight (8) years’ experience on systems completion field with a broad knowledge on different stages of project, handover, completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
- Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
- Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.
- Experience in systemization, completions database development, completions check sheets, punch listing, handover dossiers.
- Experience in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Startup of Brownfield onshore LPG/Condensate storage and transport facilities is desirable (e.g., Common Liquified Petroleum Gas (CLPG) and Common Condensate Storage and Loading (CCSL) facilities).
- Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong technical, prioritization and management skills.
- Proficient in Database software programs, WIN-PCS, Go Completions, etc.
- Experience with HCS (Tecnicas Reunidas) is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
