What are you going to do 

  • Übernahme der Leitung und Koordination anspruchsvoller Entwicklungsprojekte im Bereich Elektronik, Embedded Systems und/oder optischer Messsysteme
  • Sicherstellung einer effektiven Überführung innovativer Messsysteme in die Serienfertigung
  • Analyse und Definition komplexer Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Ressourcen-, Zeit- und Budgetplänen zur Erreichung der Projektziele
  • Fachliche Lösung technischer Herausforderungen durch innovative Ansätze und effiziente Lösungen
  • Steuerung und Koordination von externen Partnern sowie Evaluierung der Entwicklungsfortschritte

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossen Promotion im Bereich Physik oder einem verwandten Bereich (z.B. Elektronik, Messtechnik)
  • Erste Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Durchführung von Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
